The hard truth? Eliminating bias entirely is impossible. Every AI system makes value judgments—the question is whether we’re transparent about them. Perhaps instead of chasing the myth of perfect neutrality, we should focus on building systems whose biases we can openly discuss, adjust, and hold accountable.
